Congratulations, Gerald... on being "Garden of the Week"!
Truth is, I think your fantastic work and design there should be "Garden of the YEAR"!!! ;-)
I hear from people all over the EU about your lovely gardens these days... you are getting VERY well known, and now I can better see why! I've known you are a fantastic fellow for many years now, and it is VERY fulfilling to see you get such recognition... at long last!
I only wish people could see more of the gardens that you have designed for others! You do magnificent work, and it is so obvious it is "from the heart"... the best kind!
Take care, "think Spring"... and good luck keeping those pesky deer away from your beautiful roses this year! ;-)

Thank you for sharing your garden with us Gerald. You have quite a collection! I found your circle garden quite interesting with the hedging in the backside and the arch in the middle. I do believe that Ahoya must have been selfed, rather than with genes of LBB, sorry to say. It looks just like Ahoya. The color is a little more purple/burgundy looking than here where it is more of a muddy red. Your UF cascade seedling looks very nice. Is that one house? Curious as to why the windows are closed up in July. Do you have more pics of your home to share? It looks so different from what we see around here. Looks like tiles on the roof. We don't see those here. Maybe an attached barn on the side? What fun to share our gardens from across the world, yes?
